Valvoline Charitable Giving Program

Through hands-on service, focused generosity and the continuous pursuit of innovative and sustainable solutions, Valvoline Inc. works to build communities that are healthier and have a more promising future.

We have a proactive outcome-driven, corporate contributions program that targets areas where we operate. To assist you in submitting your request, our procedures and guidelines are noted below.

Charitable Giving Requests

Valvoline supports charitable organizations that are designated as a 501c3 organization and align with at least one of our giving pillars:

1. Disadvantaged families & children: Charitable organizations that support families and children who lack the basic resources or conditions (such as standard housing, medical and educational facilities, and civil rights) believed to be necessary for an equal position in society.
2. Education: Primarily this pillar is to support higher education and initiatives that align with Valvoline.
3. Environment: As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, Valvoline may support causes whose main purpose is bettering the planet through various means.
4. Health care: Valvoline supports various healthcare-driven charitable organizations with a particular focus on healthcare for the disadvantaged or for children.
5. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Valvoline is not only committed to supporting organizations that align with the causes above but also initiatives that put an emphasis on DEI.

Valvoline does not provide support for the following types of contribution requests:

• Individuals, including requests for personal travel,
• Fraternal, veteran, labor, or athletic organizations,
• Political or lobbying organizations,
• Churches and religious or sectarian organizations, unless engaged in a significant project benefiting the entire community,
• Fundraising for local sports organizations,
• Organizations that might in any way pose a conflict with the goals, programs, products or employees of Valvoline Inc. and/or its operations.

Valvoline does not support organizations that discriminate in any way based on age, race, religion, color, gender, disability, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.

In-Kind Donations

Requests for in-kind donations to qualified non-profit organizations will be considered on an ongoing basis and based on product availability. Priority is given to organizations that align with our focus areas and/or our employees serve as volunteers.

Requests for Valvoline Instant Oil Change gift certificates should be directed to 1-800-327-8242. While requests are accepted year-round, quantities are limited, and fulfillment is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.
